- Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Falcon Web Pro website development services (“Services”). By entering into an agreement with Falcon IT Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to abide by these Terms.
- Description of Services
We will create a website for the Client in accordance with the specifications and process outlined in the introduction of these Terms.
- Payment
Payment for the Services must be completed in full prior to commencement of work. All fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our 30-day Satisfied or Reimbursed Guarantee.
- Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information as requested in our online form. Any delays or errors resulting from incorrect information may result in additional charges or delays in delivery.
- Revisions and Approval
We will provide revisions to the website as requested by you. Revisions must be requested within 7 days following the initial delivery. Additional fees may apply for revisions requested outside of the standard revision period or for revisions exceeding a reasonable number as determined by us.
- Hosting
You may choose to host the website through our third-party hosting company, or we will deploy it to a hosting server of your choice. If you choose to host the website through our services, we will be responsible for this service within the time of the contract. If you provide your own hosting, you are responsible for it after the website is deployed on your hosting server.
- Intellectual Property
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and its content. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to use any text, images, or other content you provide to us and will indemnify us for any claims arising from your content.
